Urban, city centres, retail parks, drive-thru’s, developer parks (new or existing), existing retail, leisure or service infrastructure. Prominent roadside locations (motorway service areas or forecourts), 10k+ traffic sites with close-by facilities.

Requirement
Leasehold
Two + car parking spaces on existing and new developments. Minimum 20-year leases at competitive market rates. Ground leases for surplus land also considered.
Freehold
We are looking for sites from 0.2 to 3 acres, greenfield or brownfield.
